JABAMMS in Phoenicia 2014

We lucked out with the most beautiful house this August up in Phoenica, and had almost two weeks of glorious relaxation and adventures with the Spratt family, our fourth summer tradition.  Three weekends up at the house left to go for the season, with a bunch of guests coming up, so keep watch for more pictures!

Music Man

As Amichai's base of words grows by the hundreds and sentences are beginning to form organically as he interacts with and describes his environment, Amichai has also started to sing the songs that he knows.  His two favorites are the ABCs and the bane of our existence, 'Red Car', which consists of two notes (which he now hits-this is an old video, lol) and just the word car with lots of different colors.  He's obsessed.  A close third and fourth are Twinkle Twinkle and Itsy Bitsy Spider, which he can sing on his own.

Nana J Comes to Visit

We have been so lucky to spend a lot of time with Nana J (or just J, as Ami calls her) this summer!  She came back to NYC with us after our family wedding and Ami has so enjoyed all of this Nana time!!

She came to St. Francis for ASL class...
