It is hard to believe that this was Ami's 3rd Halloween! We again took him to the amazing neighborhood of Ditmas Park, with its big Victorian houses and family-friendly atmosphere, and he had such a wonderful time learning how to Trick-or-Treat! He melted our hearts by saying "tank you" for each treat he got in his little pumpkin bucket.
Although Ami fought the original costume we had planned for him (Winnie the Pooh), we got him in costume in the end...Thanks to Melissa, we had the best family costume in the neighborhood!
It was a wonderful night--fall weather, friends, costumes and candy. What could be better?!
Each time Ami got a piece of candy, he wanted to open it, lick the candy, and then get another piece. Apparently, this added up to a lot of sugar because we saw a whole new side of our son...
